Cancel a booking

Want to cancel a booking? Send us a cancellation request in any of the ways below. We'll check it against your booking's cancellation terms and get back to you soon to confirm the cancellation and the refund details.

What to include

Your full name, your ID or passport number, and the booking number (it's in the confirmation email you received). You don't need to give a reason.

Each booking's cancellation terms are in its confirmation and in our cancellation policy.
