Cancellation policy

There is no single cancellation policy for every property on the site: each property has its own, and that is the one that applies to your booking. This page explains where to find it and what happens in each case.

Where you see the cancellation policy

Before you pay, we give you the property's cancellation policy in writing: whether you can cancel, until when, what cancelling costs, and whether and when a refund is given. The same policy appears in your booking confirmation. You can always ask us before you decide.

How to cancel

Send us a message in writing, by email to contact@seascapecollection.co.il or by WhatsApp, with the lead booker's name and the dates. We confirm in writing every cancellation we receive.

Refunds

  • A refund, where one is due, follows the cancellation policy you were given before payment and the law, and goes to the original payment method where possible.
  • Where the law gives you a right to cancel a transaction, that right applies, and the property's policy does not take away from it.

Changes and no-shows

Changing the dates or the party depends on the property agreeing, and may change the price and the cancellation terms. A no-show, or leaving early, is handled under the property's cancellation policy.

If the property cancels

If a property cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will let you know straight away and try to offer an alternative. You do not have to accept it. If you do not accept one, the refund of what you paid for the stay is handled as the law provides, and no cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancelled flights and events beyond control

A cancelled flight, travel restrictions, a security situation or the weather do not by themselves change the property's cancellation policy. We will ask the property for flexibility and help as far as we can, but the decision is the property's, except for a right the law gives you. That is why we recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, from the day you book.
