Domes White Coast Milos is an adults-only boutique hotel on the coast at Mytakas, Milos, with 30 suites, each with its own private pool and terrace. The shoreline in front of the hotel is rocky and secluded, with white rock formations like those at Sarakiniko.
Architect Giorgos Tsolakis designed it in white, cubist lines that echo the Cycladic villages. The suites come in six categories, from 27 to 38 m², all with a king-size bed, an open shower and a balcony or veranda with sun loungers. Some look out over the sea and others to the horizon, and in some suites the pool is glass. The rooms carry a signature scent created for the hotel.
The hotel has two shared pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, alongside a pool bar and a snack bar. Makris, the restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Petros Dimas, serves breakfast built on local organic produce, along with light dishes by the pool. In the evening the bar serves cocktails at sunset, and room service is there for nights in the suite.
A walk along the shore from the hotel leads to Lovers Canal, a narrow fjord between the rocks.

This is the hotel we would point a couple to when the plan for Milos is mostly rest: days between the private terrace and the sea, and evenings at the bar and restaurant with no need to go looking elsewhere. For more of the island, the concierge can arrange a private boat trip.
