Villa Galazia IV is the largest of the four villas on a private, guarded estate near Agia Pelagia, on the north coast of Crete. It is a villa with a private pool for 10 guests, 320 sq m over three floors, with open sea views and a Mediterranean garden of 1,180 sq m around it.
The house has five bedrooms and seven stone-faced bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have panoramic windows, and two take their light from a skylight atrium. The living room has an eco fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room too.
Outside there is a 54 sq m freshwater pool, two furnished terraces and a pergola with a dining area, a kitchen and a grill for meals outdoors. The villa has private parking for two cars.
The estate has its own private beach in a small bay: a natural stone platform with steps into the water, with a bar, sunbeds, a changing room and a shower. The shared grounds also hold a gym and a sauna, a children's playground, a chapel and an open square with a kitchen and grill.

The estate lies in a calm bay on the north coast of Crete, close to the town of Agia Pelagia, with its restaurants, cafés, shops, cash machines and pharmacies, and its diving and water-sports centres.
Heraklion is 20 km from the villa and the airport 25 km. Rethymno is 60 km away, and Agios Nikolaos 87 km.
