Villa Kyanos I is a villa for 8 guests in Rogdia, in the hills above the Heraklion coast of Crete. Its 64 m² terrace has a panoramic view of the sea and holds an infinity pool with a hydromassage feature.
The house covers 205 m² with an open-plan layout: the living room, with its fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen form one space, and large windows look out to the view. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, one of them with a bathtub, and the main bedroom has a walk-in closet.
For evenings in, there is a home cinema, and an office area for anyone who needs to work. A KNX smart home system controls the lighting, temperature and blinds, and there are two mini bars.
Outside there is a dining area with a barbecue and sun loungers, and the pool itself measures 8.5 by 4.5 metres. The villa stands on a 1,000 m² plot, with private parking inside the grounds.
From Rogdia, central Heraklion, the nearby beaches and the island's sights, the Palace of Knossos among them, are all within reach.

The terrace is what draws us here: the pool, a barbecue and an open view of the sea, so most of the day happens outside. Four bedrooms with their own bathrooms make it a good choice for a family or friends travelling together.
