Villa Kyanos II is a villa with a private pool for 8 guests, in the hills of Rogdia above the Heraklion coast of Crete. Its infinity pool, 8.5 by 4.5 metres, has views of the sea, and the house covers 200 m² with four bedrooms.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, one of them with a bathtub, and the main bedroom has a walk-in closet. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen share one open-plan space, with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea. There is also a home cinema, an office area and two mini bars, and a KNX smart home system controls the lighting, climate and security.
Outside, a broad terrace has room for outdoor meals and a barbecue, and the pool has a hydromassage feature. The villa stands on a 1,000 m² plot with private parking.
There are local tavernas nearby, and the villa makes a base for central Heraklion, the sandy beaches of the area and the Palace of Knossos, one of the island's major sights.

The area
The villa sits in the hills of Rogdia, above the Heraklion coastline. The city centre, with its Venetian fortress on the waterfront, its markets and its tavernas, is a short drive away.
Sandy beaches and some of Crete's major sights, the Palace of Knossos among them, are also within a short drive, and there are local tavernas close by.
