Arranged across a single 95 sqm level, the villa has a separate king bedroom, two bathrooms, a living area and an equipped kitchen. Earthy tones and clean lines carry through the interiors, while the terrace extends the living space outdoors.
The private infinity pool measures approximately 35 sqm. Beside it, a 75 sqm terrace provides sun loungers, outdoor dining and a barbecue, with sea views as the backdrop. It is a setting made for spending unhurried time by the water.
