Villa Okeanis is a seafront villa for up to 7 guests in Makria Myti, near Alyki on the south coast of Paros. The 180 sqm house sits around 40 metres from the sea, with direct access to the sea, a private infinity pool and two nearby beaches within a five-minute walk.
Built over two floors in traditional Aegean style, the villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 shower bathrooms on the ground floor. The sleeping arrangement comprises 2 double beds, 2 single beds and an additional single sofa bed in the main bedroom, which has its own bathroom. Upstairs, an open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious sea-facing verandas. A fireplace, central heating, air conditioning and fans make the house comfortable across the seasons.
The outdoor space centres on a 12.5 by 4.5 metre infinity pool, with a waterline that appears to meet the sea beyond. Sun loungers, parasols, garden seating, an outdoor dining area, barbecue and outdoor shower provide plenty of space to spend the day outside. Sunset views add to the setting.
Guests can reach the sea directly from the property or walk approximately five minutes to two beaches, one smaller and quieter, the other the popular Alyki Beach. The village centre, with tavernas and shops, is around 700 metres away. Daily cleaning and fresh sheets and towels every three days are listed among the property's services.

We like that you don't have to choose between a large private pool and easy access to the sea. Days can unfold between the water and the veranda, with village tavernas within walking distance. The separation between downstairs bedrooms and upstairs shared spaces works particularly well for families or friends travelling together.

The area has water sports and other outdoor activities, with tennis and basketball courts around a ten-minute walk from the property.
