Villa Olea II is a split-level, two-bedroom villa in Agios Ioannis, Lefkada, with a heated private pool and views towards the Ionian Sea, mountains and surrounding olive grove. Its 78 sq m interior accommodates four guests.
The open-plan living and dining space connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms, with direct access to the pool area.
Outside, the 31 sq m heated pool is joined by a wooden deck, seating and an outdoor dining area with a kitchen and barbecue. Stone walls frame parts of the outdoor space, while the olive trees lend the setting its character.
The villa sits in a peaceful countryside setting, a short drive from Lefkada Town and the Agios Ioannis coastal area.

The area
Agios Ioannis lies close to Lefkada Town. Its sandy shoreline stretches for nearly three kilometres and is known for windsurfing and kitesurfing, with cafés and tavernas along the coast.
Lefkada Town is a short drive from the property, with restaurants, shops and bars. The island's western beaches, including Kathisma, Agios Nikitas and Porto Katsiki, are options for exploring farther afield.
