Villa Olive & Sea is a two-bedroom villa for up to five guests in the Nea Moudania area of Halkidiki, set on a hillside among olive trees. Its private pool, Mediterranean garden and outdoor dining terrace look towards the Aegean Sea.
Inside, 70 square metres are arranged around a comfortable living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second can be arranged with twin beds or a double. There are two bathrooms in total, plus a sofa bed for one adult or two children. Modern, understated interiors make the space easy to settle into.
Days can unfold beside the pool on the sun loungers, with lunch under the shaded pergola and a barbecue dinner outdoors. The garden and olive grove frame views across the countryside to the sea.
Nea Moudania sandy beach is 450 metres away, with the town promenade 1.1 km from the villa. It is a useful base for combining quiet time by the pool with trips to the beach and town.
