Villa Perivoli VII is a four-bedroom stone villa for eight guests on a hillside above Agios Nikolaos in north-east Zakynthos. Its two floors contain 180 sqm of living space, with a further 260 sqm of fenced private outdoor space overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The ground floor brings together a living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room nearby. Upstairs, reached by a marble staircase, are another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with its own shower room. There are four bathrooms in total.
Outside, the 40 sqm private swimming pool has a hydromassage area for four. A separate children’s pool and fenced grassy playground make the terrace especially practical for families. Sun loungers, outdoor dining and seating, a built-in barbecue and an outdoor shower sit against panoramic sea views.
The villa also has shaded parking, a washing machine and daily housekeeping. Agios Nikolaos Beach is a short drive away in the Volimes area.
