Ianthe Stone House is the ground floor of a historic captain's house in Oia, Santorini, a listed Cultural Heritage Building restored in 2025. It has three large bedrooms, each with its own entrance, a private courtyard and a heated outdoor jacuzzi.
The rooms sit under vaulted ceilings, with the house's details carefully restored. Each has a 1.80 m bed, a sofa that opens into a double, and its own bathroom with a rainfall shower. Every room also has a kitchenette, with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, electric hob, minibar and cookware. Double doors link the rooms: closed, they keep each one quiet and separate; open, they let you move between them.
The courtyard holds an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and two separate dining areas, with the heated outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace beside it, so cooking, meals and long afternoons can all stay outside.
The house is on Oia's main road. Housekeeping comes daily, and the concierge can arrange airport and port transfers, boat trips and car hire.
The house is a Cultural Heritage Building restored in 2025. There are no steps from the road to the house entrance. Breakfast is included with every stay, with twice-daily housekeeping.
The three en-suite bedrooms have 180 cm beds and sofa beds. The jacuzzi is heated year-round. The rooftop pool belongs to the upstairs residence and is not included when booking this residence.

The courtyard is what wins us over: a heated jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and two dining areas, inside a historic house in Oia. With separate entrances and connecting doors between the three bedrooms, it works well for three couples travelling together, or an extended family who want to share the days, with a room for each couple.
- The rooftop pool belongs to the residence on the floor above; this floor has its own heated jacuzzi. Booking the whole house, for up to 16 guests, includes the roof and its pool.
- At 12 guests, six sleep on the sofa beds, one double sofa bed in each bedroom.
- There are no steps between the road and the front door, and the taxi drop-off point is about 0.15 km away.
- Quiet hours are 22:00-08:00, and parties or events need written approval in advance.
