Oscar Beachfront Suites is a boutique hotel of just three suites in Perivolos, Santorini, on the southern side of Perivolos beach, a 3 km stretch of black volcanic sand. Each suite is for two, with a sea view patio and a heated private pool.
The three suites are almost identical, from 30 to 40 m². Each has a king-size bed, a sitting area with a sofa and a dining table, a high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors. The bathroom is marble, with a shower, and there is a minibar, a fridge and a coffee and tea maker.
The suites open straight onto the patio, with a lounge area, sunbeds and the private pool, a few steps from the sea. A local breakfast is served daily at the time you choose, ordered through the concierge.
Tavernas line the beach within walking distance, and Fira is 11 km away. The concierge can book a poolside massage, sailing trips, wine tours and helicopter flights.

We like Oscar for its scale: just three suites, each with its own patio and heated pool, on the black sand of Perivolos. It is a choice for couples who want to spend most of the day between the pool and the sea and head out to the rest of Santorini only when they feel like it.
- Children are not accepted, and every suite sleeps two, with no extra beds.
- For trips around the island, the concierge arranges a rental car, a quad bike or private transfers. Oia is 23 km away.

The area
The hotel is in Agios Georgios, on the southern side of Perivolos beach, a Blue Flag beach of black volcanic sand. A walk along the sand leads to tavernas such as Perivolas, The Net, Kavourakia, Pop Eye and Avra, and Seaside and Forty One, two all-day restaurants and bars, are close by too.
The archaeological site of Akrotiri is 8 km away, Fira 11 km, the port 10 km and the airport 13 km.
