Villa Armeno

Villa Armeno is a stone villa in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, with a private pool and views across the Ionian Sea. Its 85 sq m are arranged over 3 floors, with 2 bedrooms for 4 guests and 2 sofa beds bringing capacity to 6. Local stone, wood and traditional handmade furnishings give the house its character.

The entrance is on the first floor, where the kitchen, dining space and living room share an open layout. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on this level, and a large veranda furnished with a wooden table and built-in seating facing the view.

Wooden stairs lead up to a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and its own balcony. Downstairs, the ground floor has a twin bedroom, a hydromassage Jacuzzi and another living area with the 2 sofa beds. There are 2 bathrooms in total.

The ground floor opens onto around 100 sq m of outdoor space. A private barbecue, sunbeds and a wooden pergola sit alongside the pool, giving you room for lunch outside and an afternoon by the water. The upper veranda adds a separate place to sit and look out to sea.

Practical provisions include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking, a safe, satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, a fridge, coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and pool towels. Housekeeping and pool care are daily, with linen changed every 2 days. There is a dishwasher and washing machine; a cot, high chair and microwave are available on request.

A chef, massages, beauty treatments, yoga, Pilates, babysitting, laundry, ironing, car, bicycle and boat rental, taxis and excursions can be arranged on request. The estate also has a garden, table games and a communal barbecue.
