Villa Perivoli II is a cliffside cave suite for two in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, with a private seawater infinity pool and sweeping views of the Ionian Sea. The 55 sqm interior opens onto a 72 sqm private outdoor terrace, giving couples plenty of space to spend time together both indoors and outside.
Inside, the open-plan layout brings together a contemporary living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space and an exceptionally large king-size bed measuring 2.20 by 2.40 metres. The bathroom features a walk-in double rain shower, while a bioethanol fireplace adds another feature to the living space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame the sea and open directly onto the terrace.
The 43 sqm private seawater infinity pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area. It includes hydromassage, a distinctive cave alcove built into the pool and a small decorative waterfall. A curtained double sun lounger, additional loungers and private outdoor dining and seating areas make the terrace somewhere to spend much of the day, with panoramic sea views throughout.
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso machine. Housekeeping and concierge services are available through the property, adding convenience to a stay designed around privacy and time together.
Set on the northeastern coast of Zakynthos near Agios Nikolaos, the suite also makes a comfortable base for exploring the island's northern coastline, beaches and boat excursions.

The area
The suite is in the Agios Nikolaos area on the northeastern coast of Zakynthos, close to the villages of Volimes. This part of the island is known for its hills descending towards the Ionian Sea, rocky coastline and small coves.
Agios Nikolaos harbour is a departure point for boat excursions along the northern coast, including trips towards the Blue Caves. Agios Nikolaos beach is a short drive from the property, making the area a good base for combining quiet days at the suite with coastal exploration.
