Villa Iris is a two-storey villa in Tsilivi, Zakynthos, with a private heated infinity pool, side views of the sea and access to a private path leading to the beach. At approximately 190 sqm, it accommodates 6 adults.
The ground floor brings together a living room with generous sofas, a fireplace, marble floors and contemporary art, an open kitchen equipped for cooking, and an eight-seat dining area. There is also a bedroom with a king bed that can be separated into twins, plus a bathroom with a shower and double basin. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, each with a convertible king bed and an en-suite bathroom. One opens onto its own veranda with sun loungers and a shaded seating area.
Outside, the 32 sqm heated infinity-edge pool has hydromassage, with loungers and seating nearby. The garden includes a water lily pond, a four-seat outdoor dining table and a sunken seating area around a fire pit. Side sea views and a private path to the beach make it easy to divide the day between the pool and the shoreline.
The villa sits within a larger villa estate in Tsilivi. Daily housekeeping and linen service are provided, while a traditional Greek breakfast can be arranged for an additional charge.
