Villa Marea is a three-bedroom villa for up to five guests in Tsilivi, Zakynthos, with a private heated infinity pool, sea views and a private path leading to the beach. Set within landscaped gardens, the roughly 200 sqm home balances shared living space with bedrooms on two levels.
On the ground floor, white marble flooring and colourful details frame an open-plan lounge and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows open towards the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen sits nearby. This level has a king bedroom, with a bed that can be separated into twins and an en-suite bathroom, plus a single bedroom with a WC. Upstairs, the main king bedroom has its own bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a private veranda overlooking Tsilivi Bay. Its bed can also be configured as twins.
Outside, the 32 sqm heated infinity-edge pool includes hydromassage, with four loungers and a dining table for four beside it. There is lawn space for relaxing and a private path through the grounds to the beach, where guests can swim or snorkel.
