Villa Melissa 1 is a two-bedroom villa for up to five guests in Trapezaki, Kefalonia, set at the southern edge of an olive-grove estate. The 100 m² home looks towards both the sea and the mountains, with a 365 m² private outdoor area and the estate's children's playground nearby.
The ground floor brings together a living room with a sofa bed, a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
Outside, a private infinity pool overlooks the sea, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower close by. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue make it easy to cook and dine on the terrace, while a bar counter, dining area and several lounge spaces provide room to spend time together.
The villa has its own coded entrance and covered parking for two cars, including an electric vehicle charger. Families can make use of the nearby playground, and guests are welcome to pick seasonal produce from the estate's vegetable garden. Housekeeping is provided every three days.

Bedrooms
This is a particularly appealing choice for families with younger children, thanks to its position near the estate's playground while retaining a private pool and outdoor space. We also like how the outdoor kitchen and separate seating areas make spending the day at the villa easy. With an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, it works well for two couples travelling together too.
- Both bedrooms are upstairs and are accessed by stairs.
- The playground and vegetable garden are shared estate facilities.
