Villa Melissa III is a single-level villa with a private pool for up to five guests in Trapezaki, Kefalonia. Its 104 m² interior opens onto 365 m² of outdoor space with panoramic views across the sea.
There are two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One has a king-size bed; the other can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two singles. A sleeper sofa sits in the living room, beside a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Outside, the 12 x 3 m infinity pool faces the sea, with a separate splash pool for children. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a BBQ kitchen, bar seating and dining and lounge areas make it easy to spend the day outdoors. The dining space can accommodate gatherings of up to 12, subject to the property’s event rules.
A private coded entrance leads to parking for two cars and an EV charger. The villa belongs to a six-villa estate set among mature olive trees, with a shared vegetable garden where guests can pick seasonal produce and a children’s play area.
