Villa Perivoli IV is a couples' suite in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, with a private seawater infinity pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi and panoramic views across the Ionian Sea. Its contemporary, pared-back interiors open onto a generous private terrace.
The 45 sq m interior includes an oversized 220 × 240 cm king bed, a sitting and dining area, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. The kitchenette has a cooker and oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine, while a washing machine makes longer stays easier.
Outside, the 72 sq m private terrace is arranged around a 22 sq m seawater infinity pool. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi, dining and lounge space, a curtained double sun lounger, an outdoor television and a bioethanol fireplace for evenings overlooking the water.
The suite sits in the quieter Volimes area of north-eastern Zakynthos, near the coastal village and harbour of Agios Nikolaos. Connecting suites may be requested in advance, subject to availability.

The area
Agios Nikolaos is a small harbour village in the Volimes area of north-eastern Zakynthos, surrounded by green hills and the Ionian coastline.
The harbour is a departure point for boat trips along the island's northern coast, including the Blue Caves. The suite is in a quieter part of the island, away from its busier resort centres.
