Villa Perivoli VIII is a hillside cave suite for two in the Agios Nikolaos area of Zakynthos, with 55 sqm of open-plan indoor space and a 72 sqm private terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea. Its centrepiece is a 43 sqm private seawater infinity pool.
Inside, an oversized king bed measuring 2.20 by 2.40 metres shares the living space with a sitting area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and an indoor Jacuzzi bathtub, while a bioethanol fireplace adds another feature to the living area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the terrace.
The pool has a small waterfall, a cave-shaped alcove and a recessed lounge area within the water. A double daybed floats above the pool, with two separate loungers and an outdoor dining area nearby. The terrace is arranged for long, unhurried hours looking out to sea.
The suite is in the Volimes area of northeastern Zakynthos, near the small harbour of Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos is a small harbour in the Volimes area of northeastern Zakynthos. Boat trips along the northern coast, including towards the Blue Caves, depart from the harbour. The suite occupies a hillside setting overlooking the Ionian Sea.
