Avali is an all-inclusive boutique hotel in Agios Ioannis Peristeron on Corfu’s southeastern coast. Opened in summer 2025, its 76 rooms and suites sit in a small bay backed by mountains, with an infinity pool facing the Ionian Sea.
Accommodation ranges from doubles with mountain-facing balconies to sea-view junior suites and rooms with private pools. Rooftop options have extended covered terraces, while Panorama suites bring the sea into view through broad windows. Doubles sleep 2; junior suites add a sofa bed for a third guest. Rain showers, Nespresso machines and minibars are part of the room facilities, with outdoor seating arranged differently across the room types.
Gardens connect the pool and pebble beach, where loungers, umbrellas and towels are available. Days can include paddleboarding, canoeing or boat trips, with a gym, outdoor workouts and massages available back at the hotel.
Premium All Inclusive sets the pace for meals and drinks. Zardini, Stià Grill, the bar and an additional food outlet cover Mediterranean cooking, grilled dishes and cocktails. The setting works for couples, friends and solo travellers who enjoy some social life alongside their time by the water.
A 24-hour reception and concierge are on hand throughout the stay. Airport and port transfers, beauty treatments, laundry and ironing can also be arranged; these services are not necessarily included in the board package.

- The supplier specifies a maximum stay of 60 nights. **Reservation name changes** Name-change requests must come from the guest or travel partner who made the original booking and are subject to cancellation charges. The supplier’s terms reserve the hotel’s right to cancel confirmed reservations, apply the relevant cancellation charges and release rooms for the remaining applicable period. **Climate resilience tax** The supplied terms state that, from January 2025, the tax is EUR 4 per room per night for stays from 1 November to 31 March and EUR 15 per room per night from 1 April to 31 October, payable on arrival. The hotel may refuse accommodation if the tax is not paid. The rate applicable at the time of the stay takes precedence, and newly imposed taxes may also apply under Greek law. **Payments and company invoices** The supplier’s terms permit cash payments, including VAT, below EUR 500. Payments from that amount must be made through a bank account or by credit or debit card. For a company invoice, select the invoice option on the supplier’s booking form, provide full company details and pay the deposit using a business card or business bank account. Payments are processed in the property’s local currency. The exchange rate at payment may differ from the rate displayed when booking, and the guest’s bank may charge a foreign transaction fee. **Additional services booked through the supplier** Accommodation and flights booked through the Mar-Bella Collection website are separate reservations. The accommodation contract is with Mar-Bella Collection under its booking terms; the flight contract is with the airline through Ask2Travel.com under the relevant conditions. The supplier’s terms state that these arrangements are not sold as a package holiday. Flights, sea and land transfers and other third-party services are provided under separate contracts with the relevant operators, who are responsible for their delivery.
