Villa Gaia is a five-bedroom retreat in southern Corfu, surrounded by lush gardens and centuries-old olive trees. Villa Gaia is set within a lush estate in southern Corfu, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, landscaped gardens and a sandy beach just a short walk from the house. Combining traditional Mediterranean architecture with contemporary interiors, natural tones and light-filled spaces, the villa offers a peaceful setting with a wonderful sense of privacy.
Spread across two levels, the villa features five bedrooms. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen and opens onto two terraces overlooking the gardens. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, including two upstairs master suites with private terraces and access via external staircases. Another bedroom has twin beds that can be arranged as a double, while the fifth features a double bed and a mezzanine sleeping area with two additional single beds, making it particularly suitable for families with children.
Outside, a private infinity pool is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, lawns and inviting places to relax. A short, illuminated path leads from the garden directly to a quiet sandy beach, where a shaded seating area awaits by the water. Being able to move so easily between the pool, the gardens and the sea is one of the things that makes staying here special.
Villa Gaia is located approximately 1.5 km from Lefkimmi, a traditional town with supermarkets, cafés and everyday amenities. Local tavernas are a short drive away, while Corfu Town and the airport are approximately 45 minutes away by car.
With generous shared spaces, a thoughtful bedroom layout and the beach within easy walking distance, Villa Gaia is particularly well suited to larger families or two families travelling together who want to enjoy time together without compromising on privacy.
What we love most about Villa Gaia is how naturally it blends into its surroundings. The ancient olive trees, expansive gardens and infinity pool create a setting you’ll want to spend your days in, but for us, the real highlight is the short path leading straight from the garden to the sandy beach. Starting the morning with coffee overlooking the greenery, taking a dip in the pool and wandering down to the sea without ever getting in the car is exactly the kind of experience we look for in our villas. A wonderful choice for families seeking space, privacy and the quieter side of southern Corfu.

- During peak season, a minimum stay of 7 nights generally applies, with Saturday arrivals. Exceptions may be possible upon request.
- Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance are provided, except on Sundays.
- Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. Pets require prior approval.
- For larger groups, Villa Gaia can be booked together with the neighbouring villa on the same estate, subject to availability.
