Villa Tizouis features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The upstairs master suite has a private balcony overlooking the sea and is accessed via an independent external staircase, offering additional privacy. On the ground floor, the bedrooms include another master suite with a sea-facing veranda and a family bedroom with a mezzanine sleeping area featuring two single beds. Each bedroom offers a comfortable space to retreat to after a day by the pool or at the beach.

Outside, the private infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers, Mediterranean greenery and spacious lawns. Beside the pool, a generous pool house creates an inviting space for long afternoons, relaxed gatherings and time spent together. A short, illuminated garden path leads directly to a secluded sandy beach, where a shaded driftwood gazebo and a hammock provide a peaceful place to enjoy the sea.

Villa Tizouis is located approximately 2 km from Lefkimmi, a traditional town with cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and other everyday amenities. Local Greek tavernas are around a 10-minute drive away, while Corfu Town and the airport can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car.
