The Olivar Suites is a 120-suite beachfront hotel in Messonghi on Corfu’s southeast coast. A late 18th-century olive mill stands at its heart, among olive trees more than 300 years old.
The freestanding suites pair muted interiors with outdoor space. Most have their own pool just beyond the terrace or courtyard. Other options include balconies overlooking the garden or the Ionian Sea, and some layouts give you a separate sitting room or a second bedroom.
The shared freshwater pool looks out to sea from among the olives. On the sand-and-pebble beach, there are sun loungers and umbrellas, with snacks available from the bar. Flya serves Corfiot and Mediterranean cooking by the pool, using local ingredients. The spa uses Greek aromatics in its treatments, and there is also a sauna and a gym.
