Villa Anemos is a 157 sq m, three-bedroom villa for up to eight guests in Platies, Kefalonia, at the foot of Mount Ainos. Its private pool and terraces look out towards the Ionian Sea and the surrounding mountains.
The main living floor brings together a spacious lounge, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest WC. A covered terrace extends the living space outdoors. Upstairs, the main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two balconies, one facing the sea and the other the mountain. Two further double bedrooms and a shared bathroom occupy the ground floor. A separate sitting area has a sofa that converts into a double bed, and blackout curtains are fitted throughout.
Outside, the private pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, seating areas and barbecue make it easy to spend time at the villa. Inside, natural wood and clean contemporary lines echo the wider grounds, landscaped with local stone and island plants.
The villa is part of a residence complex set on approximately 9,800 sq m of land, around 400 metres from the beach in Platies.
