Villa Avra is a two-bedroom villa for up to 5 guests in Spartia, on Kefalonia’s southern coast. A private heated saltwater pool and views across the Ionian Sea give the terrace a central place in the stay.
The 143 m² interior includes a separate living area and 2 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, while the equipped kitchen and coffee machine make meals at home an easy option.
Outside, 140 m² of private space includes a terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. There is room to settle beside the pool or eat overlooking the sea, with barbecue equipment available on request.
The villa belongs to a collection of 12 villas and suites set above the beach. A restaurant and bar, spa and fitness centre are available within the property, alongside room service, a concierge and a 24-hour reception.
