Villa Bonito

Villa Bonito is a beachfront villa for 14 on Corfu’s east coast, around 5.5 km from Benitses. Its two houses share a private beach, a terraced garden and a 70 sqm private infinity pool heated up to 28°C.

The larger house has four bedrooms, split evenly between the lower floor and the entrance and pool level. Upstairs, the living room with its fireplace leads into a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room facing the sea. Sliding windows retract into the walls to open the rooms onto a wraparound terrace; one bedroom has direct access to the pool. Downstairs are a second lounge with a home cinema area, plus an office with a computer, printer, sofa bed and kitchenette. A walk-in wardrobe, guest WC and laundry area complete the house.

The second house has its own living room, equipped kitchen and dining area at entrance level, together with a bathroom with a shower. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. A large covered terrace holds a Brunswick billiard table and looks across the garden and pool to the sea. Contemporary and antique furnishings sit alongside local stone and glass, with sea views from all rooms. There are seven super king beds across the houses; six can be separated into twin beds.

The 4,100 sqm grounds step down through Mediterranean planting, stone terraces and paths, with lighting designed around the buildings and garden. A 1.9 m wall screens the road boundary. Between the pool and the private beach are a deck with a gazebo and waterfall, a handcrafted stone fountain and an equipped beach bar. Outdoor seating and dining areas are served by an outdoor kitchen, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

Table tennis, a children’s play area, a rowing machine, yoga mats and hand weights provide plenty to do at home. Indoors, a PlayStation F1 racing simulator comes with a Ferrari steering wheel, pedals and seat. A Control4 system manages lighting, shading, heating, cooling, gates, audio, video and security, with five separately controlled outdoor music zones. High-speed Wi-Fi, satellite television, a safe, minibar and telephone are provided, along with a lockable double garage and additional parking for ten cars.

The supplied 2026 rate sheet includes a chef and two service staff from May to October. A private yacht can also be hired separately, subject to availability. For a meal away from the house, a restaurant is 200 metres away, while Benitses is a drive along the coast.
