Villa Klya is a villa for 12 guests above Agia Triada Bay in Paleokastritsa, Corfu, with a private pool and private beach access less than a 2-minute walk away. Spanish hacienda influences shape the house, while gardens and sea-facing terraces give the group plenty of room outdoors.
The open-plan living and dining room has broad tiled floors, neutral colours, 2 sofas and a wooden dining table for the whole group. Glass sliding doors lead onto a covered terrace, with the pool area a few steps below. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island, a breakfast bar and an automatic espresso machine.
All 5 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony and sea views. Another 3 bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the terrace and pool area. The fifth has its own entrance, twin beds and a loft with 2 additional single beds; its 4 guests share the room's bathroom. Every bedroom has air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe. There are also 2 separate WCs.
Lawns and trees surround the pool terrace, with loungers, parasols and a table tennis table. The pool has both steps and a ladder. A pergola-covered sitting area and a covered dining terrace provide shade, while the outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue make meals outside easy. An outdoor shower and WC are also available.
A tablet-controlled smart-home system manages lighting and music, with a zoned Sonos sound system. The house has Wi-Fi throughout, satellite television, a DVD player, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, mosquito nets and a backup generator. The grounds include a greenhouse and parking for up to 4 standard-sized cars.
Daily housekeeping runs from 08:00 to 14:00, with linen changes twice a week and garden and pool maintenance included. Guests receive welcome drinks and an introduction to the house and area. Arrival and departure transfers for up to 12 guests, plus baby equipment, are available on request. Water, electricity, air conditioning, taxes and service charges are included. Breakfast, chef services, food and drinks, all-day housekeeping, massages, activities and excursions are not included.

- Bookings are subject to availability confirmation, with arrival possible on any day of the week. The minimum charge is one week. A 30% deposit is due within 5 days of booking confirmation. The balance is due 5 weeks before arrival; bookings made fewer than 30 days before arrival require full payment. Payments are by bank transfer in euros, with bank fees paid by the guest. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation. A €3,000 damage deposit is required and returned on departure if no damage has occurred. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Booking changes require confirmation and are priced at the rates applicable when the change is confirmed. If the property makes a significant change or cancels, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. The information sheet states that the property has liability insurance and recommends suitable travel insurance.

Restaurants, bars, a minimarket and souvenir shops are around 5 minutes away on foot. Paleokastritsa village is about a 20-minute walk, with tavernas, bakeries and more beaches in the surrounding area. Some smaller coves can only be reached by boat or water taxi.
Local sights include a monastery, a small museum and a reptile house, with Angelokastro fortress also accessible by road. Corfu town centre is around a 30-minute drive, and the airport is 24 km away.
