To help make your stay at our villa as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following guidelines before completing your booking: Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00.Flexible check-in and check-out hours may be available upon request, subject to availability. Occupancy: Accommodation is limited to a maximum of 8 guests per villa. Unregistered guests are strictly not permitted, and exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Pets & Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the villas, but you are welcome to smoke in the outdoor common areas. Quiet Hours & Conduct: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. Parties, fireworks, loud music, commercial activities, and subletting are strictly prohibited. Breach of these policies may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Villa Care & Energy Use: Please treat the villa and its contents with care. Furniture, kitchenware, and linens should remain inside their assigned villa, and indoor bath towels must not be taken to the beach. To help preserve energy and protect our systems, please ensure doors and windows are kept closed when running the air conditioning, turn off all AC units, ceiling fans, and lights when leaving, and close all outdoor sunshades. Plumbing: Greek plumbing systems are sensitive! Please do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, or sanitary products down the toilet. Kindly use the bins provided. Swimming Pool Safety: Children under 12 and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Please shower before swimming, use the built-in stairs to enter the pool, and avoid wearing shoes in the pool area. Glassware and other breakable items are strictly forbidden around the pool for everyone’s safety. Security Deposit: A €1,000.00 deposit is due upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at check-out or via bank transfer within 7 business days after departure, provided no damage is found. Keys, Security & Departure: Guests are responsible for securing the property and keeping track of villa keys. Upon departure, please leave the villa in a clean and orderly state. Guests are fully responsible for any accidental or intentional damage caused during their stay, the cost of which may be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly. Liability & Risk: Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings. The owners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or theft occurring on the premises, including around the swimming pool area. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed exclusively by Greek law. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all house rules and terms.
