Villa Melissa IV is a secluded two-bedroom villa for up to five guests in Trapezaki, Kefalonia, surrounded by cypress trees and overlooking the sea. Set over two levels, the villa has 109 m² of indoor space and 365 m² of private outdoor space, with its own entrance and several places to sit outside.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a guest WC. Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds that can be joined to form a king. The arrangement works well for a family or two couples sharing the villa.
Outside, a private infinity pool looks towards the sea, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower nearby. An outdoor kitchen, barbecue, bar seating, dining area and lounge make it easy to spend long days around the pool. A separate seating corner beside the cypress grove offers a quieter spot among the trees.
A private entrance with PIN-code access leads to covered parking for two cars and an electric vehicle charger. The villa belongs to a collection of six villas on a hillside estate with mature olive trees. Guests also have access to a shared vegetable garden, where seasonal produce can be picked, and a children's playground.
