Villa Nerea is a 110 sq m stone-built villa for six guests in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, with a private pool, Ionian Sea views towards Kefalonia and a separate guesthouse. Its stone architecture draws on local building traditions, while the interiors are arranged for an easy shared stay.
The main house has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with two singles that can be joined. The third bedroom is in a separate guesthouse, also with two joinable single beds. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is an additional guest WC. A living room overlooking the sea connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Sea and Kefalonia views can also be enjoyed from the bedrooms.
Outside, the 14.7 by 4.6 metre private pool has a hydromassage function, with loungers and parasols nearby. A built-in barbecue and furnished outdoor dining area make the terrace a natural place to gather for meals between swims.
The villa belongs to a small hillside complex around 600 metres from Agios Nikolaos beach.
