Set across 280 sqm, it features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with contemporary architecture combining natural stone, glass and plenty of natural light. Its elevated position opens the house towards views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Outside, the villa features a 40 sqm private pool with hydromassage and a counter-current swimming system, surrounded by a garden and barbecue area. Pool heating is available at an additional cost, while the villa also includes a private gym and a dedicated space for massage and beauty treatments.

The layout works particularly well for larger families or groups travelling together. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, while a separate guest area includes 2 additional bedrooms, its own living room and kitchen. The two spaces can also be connected internally, offering a useful balance between spending time together and having additional privacy.
