Ianthe Estate is a house with five en-suite bedrooms. Book the whole house, the three-bedroom ground-floor residence or the two-bedroom upstairs residence.
The Cultural Heritage Building was restored in 2025. There are no steps from the road to the house entrance. The house has Starlink, Marshall and Dyson equipment, and a fireplace. Breakfast is included with every stay, with twice-daily housekeeping.
All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: four beds are 180 cm wide and one is 160 cm wide, with sofa beds for additional guests. The rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi are heated year-round. The whole house or either residence can be booked separately: one has three bedrooms and the other has two.
Children of all ages are welcome in the ground-floor residence and when booking the whole house. A cot is available on request. Children of all ages are welcome in the upstairs residence too.
What draws us here is the pairing of a carefully restored captain's house with a roof pool looking over the caldera, right in the heart of Oia. A large group or several families can take the whole house, or you can book one of its two residences: the first floor with the roof suits a couple or two couples, and the ground floor, where every bedroom has its own entrance, works for a family or friends.
- The house is split into two residences that can be booked separately or together. The first floor, for up to 4 guests, has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a guest WC, the living room and kitchen, and comes with the roof and its pool. The ground floor, for up to 12 guests, has 3 en-suite bedrooms and an outdoor jacuzzi.
- Children of all ages are welcome in both residences and when booking the whole house. A cot is available on request.
- Each ground-floor bedroom has its own entrance, a 1.80 m bed and a sofa that opens into a double bed, and the rooms connect through double doors.
- Twice-daily housekeeping is provided, and the concierge team arranges airport and port transfers. The house is open all year.
- Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00, and parties or events need written approval in advance. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and a refundable pet deposit may be asked for.
